Proper Use and Assembly<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Our products are designed for a\u00a0<strong>complete plug-and-play system<\/strong>, making assembly easy without the need for any wire cutting. Waterproof Standards<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Our products are built to an\u00a0<strong>IP68 waterproof grade<\/strong>, offering protection against splashes and heavy rain. However, they are not intended for underwater use. The light shell is specifically designed to dissipate heat during motion, and prolonged use while stationary may reduce the lifespan of the LED chip and cause damage to the battery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lumevo<\/strong>\u00a0is not responsible for any damage caused due to improper usage of the lights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Battery Compatibility<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lumevo<\/strong>\u00a0shall not be liable for improper product selection.<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>X1 Plus<\/strong>\u00a0model requires a minimum\u00a0<strong>5 AH battery<\/strong>, and the\u00a0<strong>X2 Plus<\/strong> model requires a minimum <strong>7\u00a0AH battery<\/strong>. Using these lights with a battery capacity lower than the recommended value may affect the motorcycle or car battery\u2019s performance and could lead to further damage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lumevo<\/strong>\u00a0does not recommend using incompatible batteries under any circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>This offer is valid for all customers who have registered their Lumevo product for warranty.<\/li>\n<li>The customer must submit a written review of the product on the official Lumevo website.<\/li>\n<li>To be eligible, the customer must post a clear and genuine video featuring the product in use on Instagram\/Facebook\/YouTube, as per the guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>The post must be public and include the required hashtags and tags.<\/li>\n<li>Warranty extension will only be granted after successful verification of the post by the Lumevo team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Important:<\/strong>\u00a0Extended warranty\u00a0<strong>will not<\/strong>\u00a0cover switches that are:\n<ul>\n<li>Physically broken<\/li>\n<li>Tampered with or modified in any way<\/li>\n<li>Damaged due to misuse, or improper installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The extended warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal usage.<\/li>\n<li>Lumevo reserves the right to approve or deny the warranty extension based on video and product condition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Important Clause:<\/strong>\u00a0Any feedback on product improvements, kindly use our support to reach out to us.
